End result to be Achieved: System is in place that promotes two-way communications between school and community.

1. To improve and increase two-way communication between PTL, Academic Boosters, and other support groups.         

2. Establish a website that is easy to access (www.brightlocalschools.com).

3. To recognize and promote positive activities within the district.        

4. Involve alumni and/or senior citizens interest in providing/volunteering in daily school activities.

5. Community membership will provide input to appropriate committees.

End result to be Achieved: There is an academic culture characterized by high expectations for the learning community.
