Parameters

                        We will not initiate any new
                        program or service unless it:

              A.   is consistent with our beliefs and
           contributes to the strategic
           objectives and the mission.  

              B.   is accompanied by the learning
           necessary and the resources for
           its effective implementation.  

              C.   is accompanied by a plan to
           assess its effectiveness.

               Nothing will take precedent over the
                  needs of our pre K – 12 students.
