Welcome to the Bright Local School District’s Treasurer's Office

The Treasurer’s office is tasked with safe guarding the district’s funds while ensuring bills are properly paid and employees receive their earned compensation. Additionally, the treasurer’s office plays a key role, working with the Superintendent and the Board of Education, in preparing e fiscal plans that ensure all students receive the educational services they require and that district operates within its resources. The district’s financial information is available to the public. Interested district residents and staff are encouraged to reach out to the treasurer for financial information.

Randy Drewyor - Treasurer

Randy Drewyor Randy is new to Bright. He comes to the district with over 30 years for management experience in the private sector, 20 years of teaching in higher education and 10 years as a board of education member. As Treasurer, Randy is responsible for the operation of the office, making financial forecasts, and ensuring that the district operates in strict adherence to good financial practices.

Ginger Cox - Assistant to the Treasurer

Ginger Cox Ginger has worked at Bright Local Schools for over 20 years in various roles. Ginger started her career in 1991 as a cook at Whiteoak High School. She transferred to Belfast Elementary where she worked as a Classroom Aide and in the library. When Concord and Belfast consolidated to become Bright Elementary, she continued to work in the library. In 2003, she became the building secretary, a position she held for 13 years. She has worked in the District Office for 1 year as the Administrative Assistant before becoming the Assistant to the Treasurer where she handles payroll.

Deanna Risner - Administrative Assistant

Deanna Risner Deanna is a Whiteoak graduate and a local parent. She volunteered and worked in Bright Local Schools for many years. Deanna handles accounts payable and provides administrative support for the Superintendent and Treasurer.
